Air ambulance scrambled after girl 15, is hurt in collision in Rotherham

An air ambulance was scrambled after a girl, aged 15, was injured in a collision with a vehicle in Rotherham.

Emergency services were deployed to Doncaster Road, Dalton, at 5.30pm on Wednesday, November 27.

An air ambulance was scrambled and landed but the girl was eventually driven to Sheffield Children’s Hospital by a land ambulance after being checked at the scene by paramedics.

It is believed the teenager suffered non-life threatening injuries to her pelvis in the collision.
