AN ENGINEER on one of the world’s largest projects is visiting Sheffield for a university festival.

Raymond Veness works for CERN, which operates the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva.

The international project aims to answer questions about the universe.

Mr Veness is a guest speaker at Sheffield Hallam University on Friday as part of its Science Festival. The talk is free to attend at the city centre campus from 7pm.
