Top coaching award recognises city sports coach

Laura Marlow, from Millhouses, is celebrating after being selected from over 600 sports coaches to be awarded the Kings Camps Red Top of the Year.

The awards, held in Sheffield earlier this month, recognise the very best coaches selected to work at Kings Camps, a school holiday camps provider engaging tens of thousands of 4-17-year olds in sports and active games at over 50 venues across the UK.

Laura joined the team five years ago and, in the past two years, has also been part of Kings Camps' charitable objectives to get children active. Her positive feedback from both parents and children helped to win her the award.
