Top awards for three local digital firms

Three South Yorkshire firms have been recognised at the Digital Entrepreneur Awards.

Tribepad, of Sheffield, won the Software Innovation of the Year award; 2J Commerce, also of Sheffield, won the Consumer Engagement award; and The New Media Company, of Doncaster, took home the Most Innovative Use of Video or Animation award.

Judges, including Urban Splash chairman Tom Bloxham and Radio 5 Live controller Jonathan Wall, commended the businesses for their levels of engagement and user-friendliness.
