Tony back for more at Europa

A South Yorkshire investor who bought a 6,000 sq ft unit on the Europa Court development at Sheffield Business Park in December has returned to snap up a second unit.

Tony Stewart of SSAD has acquired a 4,000 sq ft unit on the newly-completed Europa Green development.

“A lot of large companies have seen fit to invest here and I have seen what they have seen.

“In 20 years Sheffield Business Park will still be a vibrant location,” says Mr Stewart.

“I think that as far as business parks go, this is the Mayfair of the region.

“A lot of thought has gone into the development and it can only get better.”

Sheffield Business Park manager Rebecca Wyatt said: “This is the latest in a number of sales to a variety of investors this year worth in the region of 10million and follows purchases by investors to the tune of over 27million in 2005-6.

“All that activity marks a high level of confidence in the business park and is helping us to press on with the development of the 200-acre site.”
