A timely reminder: Turn your clocks forward tomorrow morning
We'll lose an hour's sleep as British Summer Time begins early tomorrow morning.
Turn your clocks forward one hour at 1am tomorrow.
It will make for extra daylight in the evening.
We'll recoup that lost hour when the clocks go back again at 2am on Sunday, October 29.
Canada was the first country to use Daylight Savings Time. It was introduced in 1908.
