Four people were injured in the blast in 2013, which one neighbour said at the time shook the street like an 'earthquake'.

One man cheated death by seconds, having just closed his door before the explosion reduced the property to rubble.
The house at the centre of the explosion was torn down and rebuilt but major repairs are still required to the neighbouring address.

That terraced house, which has a cellar and rear garden, is one of 44 lots due to go under the hammer on May 22 at an auction held by Mark Jenkinson & Son.
The brochure describes it as being 'of interest to builders' and says it is 'attractively priced to ensure sale'.
