‘PERSISTENT’ anti social behaviour has resulted in a Sheffield tenant losing her home.

At Sheffield County Court, Sarah Newey, aged 35, of Grimsell Close, Foxhill, admitted 12 breaches of an injunction ordering her to stop playing loud music or threatening neighbours.

Sheffield Homes and Sheffield Council had a suspended possession order granted in February last year which meant Newey would lose her home unless she behaved herself - but further incidents occurred.

Newey has now agreed to leave her property by June 18 or be evicted after the county court agreed the possession order could now be enforced.
