This is how happy Sheffield Wednesday fans are according to new research

New research has revealed that a majority of Sheffield Wednesday fans are unhappy with the club.

A survey by FootballTips.com found that only 35 per cent of Owls fans are '˜happy' with the team.

Wednesday placed 7th in the Championship, with Norwich topping the list of unhappy fans and West Brom and Reading making up the top three.

When fans across the league were asked why they were unhappy, answers included 'recent relegation', 'poor performance' and the cost of season tickets.

The Owls have the second most expensive season tickets in the Championship behind Norwich, but currently sit 9th in the league table and are on an unbeaten run of five matches.

Jos Luhukay's side drew 2-2 against Stoke City last weekend thanks to a late equaliser from midfielder Barry Bannan.
