They acted like bullies

It’s typical of the council to ignore the public’s wishes, they act like bully boys.

Trees are a necessity health-wise and for something beautiful to look at.

Where are they going to stop? Is Graves Park in danger? The rear of Endcliffe Park?

It’s the principle of it.

People might think why people get het up over some trees, but it’s not only that, it’s the small man against the companies. It’s like beating your head against a brick wall.

I don’t blame those residents for being furious and interfering, so would I.

Apparently they had been advised by a panel that they were healthy trees, but chose to ignore it.

Perhaps they want everywhere to look dead and lifeless, like some space age city.
