Is there a God?

Just going to put this out there. I suppose there are believers in a higher power, a 'God'. So can someone tell me, if there is one, how and why is he taking superbly gifted people, at no age some of them,and wonderful loving people from their families, yet nothing ever seems to happen to Isis and baby killers and the rest of the scum on this earth? It's all to cock this world.
