JUDGING by the pale faces on their publicity shot this lot are taking the title of new single Anaemia (out next Monday) a bit very seriously.

Providing they don't pass out, the London lads will show why they've been touted for big things, having completed recording of their debut album in the very different surroundings of New Mexico, opened the Download festival in June and sipped tea with US record label executives ahead of preparing for some home soil shows.

"This tour is gonna be carnage," says singer Chris Glithero, whose band is on a rotating headline bill with Flood Of Red and The Ghost Of A Thousand.

"Britain rocks hardest and it's about time there was a decent homegrown package out there - all three bands are spot on and between us all there'll be some massive energy. We're not gonna announce who's on when; eEveryone should turn up at the beginning, get wiped out and stagger off exhausted at the end."

Now there's an idea.
