The nasty party’s Queen’s speech

Have your say

The ‘nasty party’s Queen Speech will be delivered on May 27. This will have all kinds of Tory nasties in it, all aimed at bringing the working classes further to heel.

New strike laws, more cuts to the NHS, disabled and the sick, more slave labour via zero hours and all courtesy of the “working people’s” blue government.

I hope people in our area take note when this Queens speech is offered to Parliament on how many Labour MPs, especially local ones vote against it.

After all whatever these people decide nothing changes for them at all does it? They still have access to the “deep Westminster trough”, they still have their £67,000 salary + expenses with a further 10 per cent in the pipeline, claims for poppy wreaths, rent fiddles, new windows and doors etc., all still in place while the masses have to make do with food banks.

When was the last time you heard a Labour politician with ‘ fire in their belly’?

People may not like it ‘up ’em’, as Corporal Jones used to say, but the only difference now between Tory blue is, ‘Tory’ red. That is why people are moving to other parties.
