Thanks to memory clinic
This is to say a big thank you to the staff and the rapid response team who work for the NHS at the Memory Clinic.
Over Christmas my brother was very poorly and the rapid response team came to look after him.
They were so caring and they work 365 days a year from 8am to 8pm.
I would again like to say, thank you for the support you give to people.
