One of Tesco's Sheffield supermarkets will no longer be open for 24 hours.
The Infirmary Road branch is one of 76 stores nationwide which is ceasing round-the-clock trading.
The supermarket giant has said that because more people are now doing their shopping online, some stores are seeing less customers at night.
However, Tesco has said there will be minimal impact on staff at affected stores as shelf stacking and other duties will continue through the night.
Across the UK there are currently around 400 Tesco stores that are open 24 hours.
Tesco retail director Tony Hoggett said: ""It makes much more sense for colleagues at those stores to focus on replenishing the shelves instead and making sure they're fully stocked when they open their doors at 6am."
