Terraced homes get green light
Plans to build a row of new terraced houses in Walkley have been approved.
The six, three-bedroom town houses will be built on Camm Street, on a site occupied by a single, dilapidated detached house.
Officers told councillors that the properties would ‘provide new housing in a sustainable, previously developed location’.
