Teenage girl missing from South Yorkshire home

Police are appealing for help in tracing a teenage girl missing from her South Yorkshire home.

Carla Marsh, aged 14, went missing yesterday from her home in Park View, Worsbrough, Barnsley, yesterday.

The teenager left for Penistone Grammar School at around 7.40am yesterday with carrier bags containing clothes and hair straighteners.

School staff were alerted and the bags were removed from her.

She was last seen at around 3pm in the Worsbrough area.

Carla, who went missing with another girl last month, is described as slim, around 5ft 9ins tall and white.

She has shoulder-length, blonde hair, which is currently dyed pink and was last seen wearing a dark-coloured school uniform.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
