ROBIN Hood Airport bosses have predicted success for their latest route after the first Ryanair flights to Tenerife South.
Airline company Ryanair is due to triple the number of seats on offer from the airport, with around 90,000 seats available this year.
Airport director Mike Morton said: “It was fantastic to see so many passengers heading out to Tenerife on Ryanair’s inaugural flight.
“This is the first of Ryanair’s three services to operate from here this year, bringing more low fares to the region.
“Its Alicante flights have been extremely popular and we anticipate that Tenerife and Faro will be just as successful.”
