Surgery visits

It appears that people who don't contact their doctor for five years face being removed from GP surgery lists. I have also received a circular suggesting that people should buy medicines over pharmacy counters rather than attending doctors' surgeries for prescriptions. This is going to be difficult because the number of pharmacies in operation is also going to cut.
