Surgeons right on the button

Have your say

Once you’ve been born, what good is your belly button?

All it does is gather fluff.

And, if you’re over 25, denote the line at which your trousers are supposed to sit.

They’re not even attractive. Why some women have taken to drawing attention to theirs by having piercings I’ll never know.

Although, being old school, I’ve never understood how having any bodily part skewered is supposed to make you look good.

But, great news; surgeons have just found a fabulously sensible use for 13-year-old Jessica Ridsdale’s.

The Worksop teen has just had her troublesome gall bladder removed through hers at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

How amazing is that?

It’ll be babies next, you mark my words.
