Students and parents invited to open evenings at Sheffield college

School leavers and their parents are invited to open evenings at Sheffield College to find out about full-time courses starting later this year.

Some places are still available for 16 to 18-year-olds wanting to start courses this September.

The college open evenings will take place today from 5pm-8.30pm and on April 18 and 19.

They will be held at the college’s City, Hillsborough, Peaks and Olive Grove campuses.

Tours of the campuses will be given and staff will be on hand to discuss courses, careers and degree level options.

College chief executive Paul Corcoran said: “Our open evenings are a fantastic opportunity for school leavers and parents to find out more about our brand new industry standard facilities.”
