Stop drivers using mobiles
Often I wait at the Town End tram stop to go to Herdings, and while there watch the traffic go by, within a short while I see at least half a dozen drivers on the mobile phone.
It makes one wonder whether a more realistic penalty is the answer, because it ain’t working at the moment, and its usually the pedestrian that gets injured or worse.
