Stocksbridge man arrested over spate of thefts from local shops
A Stocksbridge man has been arrested over four thefts from local retail premises and a breach of his criminal behaviour order.
The suspect was tonight charged with the offences and remanded in police custody to appear at Sheffield Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
Police said they would like to thank all the local residents and retailers who have given evidence in support of police action.
