Despite missing United's first three league matches of the campaign, the 27-year-old has the highest assist to game ratio so far in the Championship.

Norwood has provided 0.5 assists per match on average since the start of the season, ahead of Hull City's Evandro who has created 0.48 assists per game and Brentford's Neal Maupay on 0.47.

The Northern Ireland international has bagged one goal and three assists in the league since joining on a loan deal from Brighton, which will become a permanent move in January.

Sharp, who has netted four goals so far this term, has a goals to game ratio of 0.73 '“ the fifth highest of any player in the league.

Brentford's Maupay had the best goals per match rate at 1.25, followed by Jón Daði Böðvarsson of Reading with 0.94 and West Brom's Dwight Gayle with 0.75 goals per game.
