Stars queueing up for Crucible

I READ the feature article with Daniel Evans with great interest. The past year or so since the reopening of the Crucible must surely rate as one of the most exciting in the theatre’s history, topped by what the Daily Mail quite righty described as “a ruddy corker”!

In the Christmas production of Me and My Girl. I have seldom seen in many years of theatre-going an audience enjoying themselves so much. I only hope the choice for 2011/2012, company proves as popular.

Local audiences should feel proud that the work produced by Sheffield Theatres is creating a queue of theatrical luminaries waiting to perform.
