Stars of the Hallamshire
On a recent visit to the ear, nose and throat department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, I found the staff, from receptionists, nurses and doctors, very professional and polite.
Their care to patients and visitors alike is their first priority and they do it with respect and understanding of peoples’ reason for attending the hospital.
The work they do is of the utmost importance and to my mind they are stars in their own right.
