Star Parr's hit song reignites
ROCK singer John Parr could be taking his beloved 'stars and stripes' guitar back to America, thanks to a new Hollywood movie.
His most famous hit, St Elmo’s Fire, is expected to be popular with a whole new generation after featuring on the soundtrack of a comedy, Brothers Solomon, which will be on the UK cinema circuit in November.
If it is a big success, John, from Sykehouse, might be heading to the States for live gigs again.
