Split vote helps Labour

Have your say

At the 2014 elections there was only one constituency in Sheffield (Burngreave) where the vote for Labour was greater than those against, which indicates the majority of Sheffield does not want Labour.

However, it is obvious that the split vote is allowing Labour to succeed and the only way to alter the situation is for non-Labour voters to opt for the strongest opposition which has now become UKIP.

If not, what has long been an unsatisfactory situation in Sheffield will be allowed to continue.
