Superbike star James Toseland is gearing up for his 10th annual Egg Run for The Children’s Hospital Charity in Sheffield.
The former World Superbike champ will meet with hundreds of bikers in Weston Park on Easter Sunday before delivering eggs to the children on the hospital wards.
Organised by Three Shires Honda Owners Club, the event will raise money for the charity’s Make it Better appeal.
Doncaster-born James said: “As a proud patron of The Children’s Hospital Charity, I look forward to the Easter Egg Run each year. It is close to my heart, and I like to do whatever I can to support the fantastic work of the hospital – especially at this crucial time in the Make it Better appeal.”
The Children’s Hospital Charity Director, David Vernon-Edwards said: “The Egg Run is a wonderful event for our young patients as they all love to see and hear the bikers roaring into the park.
“It gives them a great lift when James then takes the time to visit the wards.”
