South Yorkshire Police issue E-fit of burglar

A police E-fit has been produced of a man wanted over a burglary in South Yorkshire.

He sneaked into a house in Reresby Road, Whiston, Rotherham, while a 57-year-old woman was inside.

She heard her front door open, went to investigate and found the burglar in her house.

He ran off and is believed to have driven away in a white transit van.

Witnesses to the incident on Tuesday, January 31 or anyone with information on the culprit should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
