A South Yorkshire Police employee is celebrating winning a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games.
Linda Pearson, who is a firearms licencing officer, made it onto the podium in the women's double trap event.

Representing Scotland, Linda, aged 54, then announced her retirement from the sport after helping her country pass their previous best medal haul for an overseas Games, which was 29 at Melbourne in 2006.

She said: "Probably at my age, I'm going to retire from Olympic disciplines.
"There is no shooting at Birmingham 2022, so this will be it for me."
South Yorkshire Police tweeted about her achievement.
The force said: "Linda has smashed her way to Bronze at the Commonwealth Games. Congratulations Linda."
