South Yorkshire Police concerned over disappearance of teenage girl

Tanika McCloud, aged 16, was last seen at around 5.20pm yesterday in the Cope Street area of Barnsley.

She has not been seen or heard from since and a South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said 'officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare'.

Tanika is around 5ft 3ins tall, of a medium build, with distinctive long, dark, braided hair that is white at the bottom.

She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black jumper with white writing on and multi-coloured trainers.

The teenager has links to the Worsborough area of Barnsley.
