South Yorkshire man missing for eight days

Barry Jones, from Aston, Rotherham, was reported missing on Tuesday, February 28 when he left home to go for a walk but failed to return later that day.

He boarded the X5 bus at Sheffield Interchange and got off opposite the Princess Royal pub on Retford Road, Woodhouse Mill, at around 1.20pm.

The 77-year-old was wearing blue jeans, a thermal vest and a green coat with a leather collar.

He is around 5ft 8ins tall, slim and has shaved head.

Anyone who believes they may have seen him should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
