South Yorkshire firms honoured for supporting Reserve Forces

Three South Yorkshire firms have been recognised as being among the country’s leading employers for their support of the Reserve Forces.

Sheffield Council, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and Chesterfield Special Cylinders were honoured at a special awards ceremony as part of the government’s Employer Recognition Scheme.

They allow staff to train and support the regular armed services.
