South Yorkshire Fire round-up: Car ploughs into pub
Chesterfield:
A car ploughed into the Blue Bell Inn pub in Station Road, North Wingfield at around 7.45pm last night.
Firefighters managed to remove the driver of the car who escaped unharmed.

Hide AdStructural engineers and firefighters worked to make the building safe before leaving the scene.
No one was injured in the pub.
Firefighters rescued a man who had fallen from a bridge and onto a rail track at 1.50am this morning.
Paramedics were also on the scene and the man was taken to hospital.
Sheffield
Arsonists have been blamed for a spate of wheelie bin fires in the Parsons Cross area of Sheffield in the early hours of this morning

Fire crews managed to stop all fires spreading from neighbouring properties.
All the incidents are thought to be connected.
Rotherham
Firefighters had to break into a property in Church Street, Greasbrough at 1.30am this morning after concerns were raised for an elderly man.
Firefighters gained access to the home and found the man had fallen.
He was taken to hospital and the exact details of his injuries are unknown.
