STAFF from decorating centres across Yorkshire completed a skydive to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Nicky Price, from the Sheffield South branch of Dulux, and Caroline Broadhead from the Rotherham store were joined on the 10,000 foot jump by staff from Pontefract and Scunthorpe.
Their charity leap, in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, raised more than £2,500 for people living with dementia.
Chief executive of the Alzheimer’s Society Jeremy Hughes said: “This fantastic achievement is a credit to the dedication and energy of all who took part and I would like to thank everyone involved.
“The efforts of Dulux Decorator Centre employees are vital to us continuing our work, championing the rights of people living with dementia and those who care for them.”
