Silver show home attracts interest in Sheffield

A designer show home at a new Sheffield housing development has been decorated throughout in shades of silver, both to celebrate the city's steel heritage, and to create a seamless feel within the property.

Show homes serve two purposes in general, to showcase the build quality of the housebuilder and to inspire homeowners with amazing interior design ideas.

Miller Homes Yorkshire, is known for its eye-catching show homes created by designer Jeanette Holmes, and its latest home at the housebuilder’s Graves Fold development in the suburb of Norton, Sheffield is no exception.

“Jeanette has once again created a home that is inspirational, aspirational and perfect for homeowners to emulate,” said Natalie Moore, sales manager at Miller Homes Yorkshire.

“It is simple and sophisticated as the rooms flow from one to another.”

The quirkily named ’50 shades of silver’ home has individually styled soft furnishings, bespoke furniture, and many ideas that can be easily replicated in new and existing homes.

“We welcome visitors to our show home and hope that they feel suitably inspired by both the reflection on Sheffield’s steel heritage and the influence J G Graves has had on the city,” said Natalie.

“Steel grey is evident in the design as are original clock faces made by the legendary clock maker J G Graves who left such a legacy on the city.”

Properties currently available at Graves Fold include three and four bedroom homes priced from £215,000.
