Signing the Lisbon Treaty
All the people saying that Article 50 will not be legal unless it is voted on in parliament neglect to mention anything about Gordon Brown signing the Lisbon Treaty without parliament's approval when he was Prime Minister.
This means then, by the same reasoning, that the signing was illegal so we don’t have to sign Article 50 anyway.
Let’s pull out of Europe now, no problem.
