Sheffield shoppers have helped The Body Shop smash its annual fundraising target of £250,000 in just six months.

Shoppers in the city have donated more than £1,000 to the campaign to help to the Teenage Cancer Trust – and the company has now doubled it target.

Store manager Sarah Walker said: “We would like to extend a massive thank you to our customers who have really got behind our fundraising.

“We’ve donned wigs and dressed up as teenagers to reach our initial target and we’re now committed to smashing the new target.”
