Shoppers asked to help appeal

OFFICE staff are holding a charity collection at a Sheffield supermarket to help wounded troops.

Workers for Sheffield Council contractor Capita will be heading to Asda, at Handsworth, on the weekend of May 12 and 13, where they will be asking for donations for the Help for Heroes appeal.

The staff will be at the store from 10am on both days and will be standing with buckets near to the entrance to the supermarket.

They are hoping to raise hundreds of pounds.

Money collected will be used by the charity to help rehabilitate armed forces personnel injured in Afghanistan.
