Shopfitter hires five and expands

Five jobs have been created at the Sheffield-based company, which is forecasting a 30 per cent rise in turnover to hit £18m in the next 12 months.

Nick Wales, managing director, said: “We have been operating from Sheffield for more than 140 years.

“After working with major high street clients we recognised that our team had built a range of expertise that could be utilised more across a wider variety of sectors, so we decided to expand our services.”

The firm is expanding from retail into leisure hospitality and banking.

To help support the company’s expansion the management team approached Lloyds Bank, which provided a £700,000 invoice finance facility.

Mr Wales added: “We have a long-standing relationship with the team at Lloyds Bank, and have always found that they have a thorough understanding of our firm and the sector we operate in.

“As a result, they were able to work closely with us to provide a funding package that exactly suited our requirements.”
