Shocking aftermath of huge crash involving a bus, van and cars on busy road
These photos show the aftermath of a multi-vehicle collision on one of Doncaster’s busiest roads yesterday.

Emergency services were called to Thorne Road in Wheatley Hills on Tuesday after a major collision closed the carriageway and led to delays for motorists.
A bus, van and two other vehicles are understood to have been involved in the collision which took place close to the junction with Crossways, a short distance from the Wheatley Hotel.
Photos taken by one of the passengers on the bus show damage to the front of the First bus while a van and silver car also suffered extensive frontal damage in the incident.
Erin Hannah Slingsby said the collision occurred when a vehicle pulled out in front of the bus.
