The Championship club, who cut their ties with Sondico earlier this year in favour of producing their own kit, have had a number of issues getting the strips to market.

Discussions broke down with one kit supplier at the end of June. Another was later found but Wednesday only revealed the designs of their kit three days before the start of the Championship season. They also had to delay their plan of unveiling the kits at the club’s community fun day ‘Owls in the Park’ last month.
