Sheffield Wednesday: Will Jordan Rhodes still be on penalty duty against Norwich City?

Jordan Rhodes was the man on duty at Elland Road but he was denied by Robert Green in the Leeds' goal and previous to that Fernando Forestieri missed against Brighton at the Amex in January.

In all, Wednesday have been awarded seven penalties this season. Gary Hooper, who could be set for a return against his former club Norwich tomorrow, scored against Burton; Forestieri converted against Wolves and Huddersfield but missed at Brighton; Steven Fletcher has converted twice against Rotherham and Preston and Rhodes failed from the spot last Saturday.

Sam Winnall has taken one for Barnsley this campaign, prior to his move to Wednesday but he, too, missed in a 2-2 draw with Bristol City in October.

Owls head coach admitted the miss last week had given them a quandary over who should take the next one and that a late decision would be made on it.

"It is something that we will look at to prepare the game more specific and it is something we will decide about that," said Carvalhal. "The last two penalties, Fernando missed and Jordan missed too. But we will decide absolutely sure before Saturday.

"We decided (who) but even when we decided, if the player is not confident to take the penalty we give permission to give the ball to another. When Fernando had the chance to score, he was the guy and the last game was Jordan but if we decide on one and he says I'm not confident, we will give to someone else."
