With less than six weeks to go until the start of the new campaign, Wednesday have yet to reveal the new designs nor announce a launch date for the shirts.

It is understood Chansiri has been unhappy with the quality of samples provided by current kit manufacturers Sondico and has requested redesigns.

And he will continue to refuse to sign off on the new kits until fully satisfied.

Wednesday are entering the third and final year of their current deal with Sondico, a brand of retailer Sports Direct.

A slightly altered version of Wednesday’s new club crest has been released.

The owl has been made larger and given a wide-eyed look in the redesign.

On July 15 they visit Worksop Town before a trip to Hallam FC on July 18.

The friendlies are concluded with a trip to Stocksbridge on July 30.
