Sheffield United have urged their fans to stay off the pitch after the final whistle on Sunday.
The Blades will finish their historic campaign with a home clash against Chesterfield at midday tomorrow before picking up the Skey Bet League One trophy.
However, the club have warned home fans not to stage a pitch invasion to allow all supporters to properly enjoy the celebrations.
The club have warned that the EFL and league sponsors Sky Bet will be in attendance to manage the celebrations, including building a stage on the pitch after the game.
However, contingency plans are in place to make the presentations indoors should the should fans be on the playing surface
Plans are in place for Billy Sharp to collect the trophy on the pitch and then a lap of appreciation by the players and football staff due to follow.
Manager Chris Wilder said: "It will be a celebration and we are delighted that there will be a very big crowd inside Bramall Lane to enjoy it.
"I understand the jubilation our fans will feel but I ask everyone to stay off the pitch so we can get round and show our appreciation to all Unitedites."
