Sheffield United reveal their first pre-season friendly for 2018/19

Sheffield United's first pre-season friendly of the summer has been confirmed, with the Blades taking on Stocksbridge Park Steels.

United, as they did last season, will travel to Look Local Stadium on Saturday July 7 (3.00pm).

The club stated on their official website that full pre-season plans are still being worked on but there will be the usual round of trips to local sides as well as a training camp further afield which will also encompass a friendly.

Last year United spent part of the summer in Marbella.
