Chemistry teacher Mat Galvin is to become a widely known face as he fronts a national TV campaign to attract new recruits to the profession.

Firth Park Academy’s assistant principal Mat stars in the ‘Your Future:Their Future’ advertising campaign this month. Roger Pope, Chair of the National College for Teaching and Leadership said: “It’s not too late to use your skills and experience to make a difference as a teacher.
