Sheffield studios showcase talent of local artists

A popular art event where studios in Sheffield open up their doors to showcase the talent of local artists is to be held again next weekend.

The Open Up Sheffield art event on Sunday, May 8 is run by volunteers and gives independent artists and craftspeople they chance to show off their work by opening their studios up to the public.

Five artists will be displaying their work at the All Good Stuff Studio at Butcher Works, Arundel Street, in Sheffield city centre.

Visitors will be able to talk to the artists and buy their work on the day.

A free preview event is being held on Friday 29th April, 5pm till 8pm where visitors

All Good Stuff director Justine Hutchison said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone.”
