South Yorkshire Police said reports of the man exposing himself in Cat Lane woods, Heeley, were received at 12.30pm today.

POLICE: Man arrested over stabbing in Sheffield houseA spokeswoman said: "At around 12.30pm this afternoon officers responded to reports witnesses had seen a man expose himself on Cat Lane, Sheffield.

"Enquiries are currently ongoing."

It said: "It has been reported to the school that there is a male adult acting inappropriately in Cat Lane Woods at the top of Upper Albert Road.

"Please be mindful of this and stay away from the woods if possible.

"The police have been notified."
